Are consultations free?

-Absolutely, and they are by appointment only. Please make sure to give us a call to set up your appointment.

Is Making Memories China Rental ONLY for Weddings? 

-Definitely NOT! You are welcome to rent any of our inventory for dinner parties, birthday parties, anniversary parties, tea parties, or any other special occasion you can imagine. 

May I create my own 'collection' using your inventory?

-Absolutely! We love creating new 'collections'.

Is there a delivery fee?

-We will deliver, set up, and take away for a small fee. 

May I pick up, set up, and return what I rent? 

-Absolutely! The delivery fee will NOT be added to your order if you pick up, set up, and return what you rent.

What is your cancellation policy?

-If you cancel a month in advance, we will NOT charge you a cancellation fee. 

However, if you cancel with less than a month before your event, you will be charged 20% of your total.

Do you require a deposit?

-Yes, we require a 10% deposit to hold your date. This 10% deposit will be put towards your total amount due. 

When do you need full payment? 

-We require full payment for services rendered BEFORE delivery and/or pick up. 

What are your payment options?

-We currently accept cash and Venmo.
